Breaking: WAEC confirms Adeleke wrote his exams in 1981
By Nwafor Sunday
The West African Examination Council, WAEC, Wednesday confirmed that the embattled Senator Ademola Adeleke who was accused of not having its certificate actually wrote his WAEC exams in 1981.
In a report published by Thecable, the council confirmed Adeleke’s participation in an affidavit deposed at an FCT high court in Bwari, Abuja, on Wednesday.
Breaking: WAEC confirms Adeleke wrote his exams in 1981
In the affidavit sworn to by Henry Sunday Adewunmi Osindeinde, deputy registrar, head of school examination department, WAEC confirmed Adeleke sat for the May/April 1981 at Ede Muslim High School in Osun state.
Recall that the dancing senator Adeleke who is also the Osun state PDP gubernatorial candidate was accused of not having West African School Certificate and he did not graduate from Jacksonville State University (JSU) in the United States by icirnigeria.org, Rasheed Olabayo and Oluwaseun Idowu respectively.
In view of that, policemen from Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Alagbon, Lagos in August 2, started an investigation and stormed Ede Muslim High School I, where the principal of the school, Mr. Khalid Abbas, was arrested and taken to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) Osogbo.
In a bid to maintain the democratic principle and rule of law, Court therefore gave WAEC five days to produce Adeleke’s results.
The court, in a ruling that was delivered by Justice Othman Musa, directed that WAEC should depose an affidavit, to either deny or confirm that Adeleke who is currently representing Osun West Senatorial District, sat for the Exams the Council conducted at Ede Muslim High School in Ede, Osun State, in 1981.
WAEC today however, confirmed that Adeleke sat for its examination.

Prophet T.B. Joshua has penned a touching tribute in honour of those who died exactly four years ago in the infamous building incident at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) on September 12th2014.
TB Joshua-Synagogue Church
“Whether we die young or old, what matters is the grace to continue living hereafter,”Joshua began in a message published on his social media accounts, emphasising that the 116 victims of the controversial incident, including 85 South Africans, “slept in the Lord”.
He proceeded to wax lyrical about the ‘persecution’ that should be expected by all genuine believers. “The level at which satan attacks us seems to be equal to the level of our commitment to the Lord,”he explained.
Joshua stressed that becoming a committed Christian is akin to “accepting citizenship in Heaven and death here on earth”.
He went further to counsel believers to not fall into the trap of harbouring offence when facing harsh or unjust circumstances of life.
“If you stay free from offence, you will stay in God’s will. If you become offended, you will be taken captive by the enemy to fulfil his own purpose and will,” he advocated.
The cleric likewise pontificated on the inherent virtues of forgiveness, stating that believers must learn to follow Christ’s example.
“If He could forgive the people who were killing Him, we can certainly find a way to forgive those who hurt us. When we cannot forgive, we hurt ourselves more than anyone. Nursing a grudge damages our heart,” he surmised.
He referred to death as not “a period”but only“a comma”, adding that“when a believer dies, he goes into glory, where there is no conflict.”
“Those who try to kill us are only helping us to go home and rest,”he solemnly continued, coupled with a harsh message for those responsible for the ‘attack’ on the church.
“Those who send us home will go into further conflict; they will have more questions to answer than when they were alive,” he warned.
Joshua concluded by calling on believers to “honour the memory”of their fallen brethren, whom he affectionately termed “martyrs of faith”,by endeavouring “to live for the Lord and give yourself to the needs of others”.
After four years, the court case instituted to unravel the circumstances behind the deadly incident has not yet yielded any fruitful conclusion.
The SCOAN still insists the building fell as a result of an ‘attack’, pointing to CCTV footage of a military plane encircling the building shortly before its implosion, evidence equally attested to by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Alaba Haruna, in a recent court hearing.
Nigeria’s former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, also waded into the controversy last year, stating that “certain members” of Nigeria’s intelligence agency “blew up” the building.
The fatal incident, however, has done little to dampen The SCOAN’s popularity as foreigners continue to troop to the church on a weekly basis, making it West Africa’s most visited destination for religious tourists.
2019: INEC Considers Postponing Election
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is considering the possibility of postponing the 2019 general election, the election umpire hinted yesterday.
Citing threats of violence by some politicians in the country, Chairman of the commission, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, said there is a need for the commission to be extra vigilant.
Prof, Yakubu said this while reacting to some disturbing videos of political campaigns on social media where some politicians are seen threatening to shed blood.
He spoke when he received briefing from the Resident Electoral Commissioner for Osun State on the progress and the preparedness of the forthcoming governorship election in the state.
Prof. Yakuku explained that recent developments and signs in the country’s political landscape calls for greater vigilance, while he asked politicians to conduct themselves in a peaceful manner.
The INEC boss who observed that election can only hold when there is a secured environment said, “In fact, the electoral Act, specially section 26, empowers the commission to suspend election on account of violence or threat of violence.
“So, we will continue to partner and continue to work with security agencies as we approach the 2019 general election. Our meetings are going to become more frequent and regular”.
Yakubu explained that the synergy between the electoral body and security agencies is crucial for the 2019 polls in order to secure the environment for the conduct of the elections.
He insists there is no way election can be conducted except the nation maintains order, peace and progress.
“Elections cannot be conducted in an atmosphere of rancour. So, we share this great responsibility with the security agencies. Good election is good for this country. Bad election is a recipe for disaster; we don’t pray for it,” he continued.
“So, let us continue to work together to anticipate the challenges and address the challenges because we have the capacity to do so. The nation expects we should do so and once we do so, there will be fewer problems during elections.”
George Weah Returns To Football At 52, Plays For Liberia Against Nigeria
President of Liberia and former World Footballer of the Year, George Weah, was the star attraction on Tuesday when Nigeria played Liberia in a friendly in Monrovia as he returned to football aged 52, 16 years after his last international outing.
Mr. Weah, who was sworn in as president of Liberia in December last year after a landslide win, played 79 minutes of the 2 - 1 defeat to the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The match was arranged by Liberia to retire the number 14 shirt made famous by Weah during his playing days.
Fans were treated to the sight of the former AC Milan forward leading the national team onto the pitch before he showed glimpses of the talent which saw him named the 1995 World Footballer of the Year.
Weah, who also won the Ballon D'Or in the same year and remains the only African to win either award, was substituted to a standing ovation with 11 minutes remaining.
The striker made a name for himself in Europe after moving to Monaco in 1988 before also playing for Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, Chelsea, Manchester City and Marseille.
His son Timothy, also a striker, currently plays for Paris Saint-Germain although he represents the United States, the country of his birth. On the same day his father was appearing for Liberia, Weah junior started the USA's 1 - 0 friendly win over Mexico.
Nigeria fielded a relatively strong team for the game in Monrovia on Tuesday with Leicester City's Wilfred Ndidi and Peter Etebo of Stoke City included. Ndidi's club team-mate Kelechi Iheanacho came on as a second-half substitute.
Goals from Henry Onyekuru and Simeon Nwankwo helped Nigeria into a 2 - 0 lead before the hosts pulled a goal back through Kpah Sherman's penalty late in the game.splendorclassic.blogspot.com

At least 35 die as Nigerian gas tanker explosion
The State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) official said the accident happened at a petrol station along the Lafia-Makurdi road linking the capital city of Abuja with northern and southern Nigeria.
Usman Ahmed, acting director at SEMA, said the truck exploded at the point of discharging the gas, citing a witness account. The agency was investigating the incident, he said.
“We have confirmed 35 dead and over a hundred injured. Most of those that died rushed to the accident spot to see what was happening,” Ahmed told Reuters.
Traffic accidents are common in Nigeria, where roads are bad and safety standards poor.
At least nine people were killed in Nigeria’s commercial capital of Lagos in June when a petrol tanker caught fire and burnt 53 other vehicles.

War Of Words Between Bianca And Ojukwu's Sons Over Senatorial Ambition
splendorclassic.blogspot.com
Bianca Ojukwu is currently seeking to represent Enugu South Senatorial District in the Senate under the All Progressives Grand Alliance ticket.
But some of Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu- Ojukwu, her late husband’s older children have vowed to oppose her candidacy, should she emerge as APGA’s standard bearer for the election.
Some members of the Ojukwu family, including Dr. Ike Ojukwu, Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu Jnr., and Chief Debe Odumegwu- Ojukwu, reportedly noted that it would not be proper to allow a woman from Ngwo, in Enugu State, to represent Anambra South Senatorial District.
Siblings of Dame Bianca Ojukwu, widow of late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu- Ojukwu, have scolded some of the children of the former Biafran leader for opposing Bianca’s senatorial ambition.
Bianca Ojukwu hails from Ngwo town, in Enugu State, but was married in Nnewi, Anambra State.
They are opposing her on the grounds that they do not consider her as one of their own, casting doubts on her marraige to the late Ojukwu.
Another reason was they feared that Bianca, could in the future, marry a man from another state.
However, Bianca’s siblings have responded to the attack on their sister.
Speaking on behalf of the family of the late C. C. Onoh, (Bianca’s father), Bianca’s brother, Dr Josef Umunnakwe Onoh, said Ojukwu’s children were ignorant of the Nigerian laws.
Onoh also dismissed the Ojukwu children’s claims that the marriage between their father and Bianca was not contracted in the proper procedure.
Bianca’s brother insisted that the opposition from Ojukwu’s children would not stop Bianca from winning the election.

Soldier, nine others killed in Kebbi flood
splendorclassic.blogspot.com
The Kebbi State Government on Tuesday confirmed the death of a soldier and nine others in two separate flood disasters that happened in the state.
A statement issued in Birnin Kebbi by Abubakar Dakingari, Chief Press Secretary to Gov. Atiku Bagudu, said the flood occurred in two local government areas on Thursday.
Dakingari listed the communities affected as Kanya village in Danko Wasagu Local Government and Mahuta in Fakai Local Government.
He said, “A soldier and nine other people were killed by heavy flood as a result of incessant rainfall in the state; the soldier was said to have died while trying to rescue a woman from the flood.’’
Dakingari said although the body of the woman was recovered, that of the soldier was washed away.
He added that the remains of five victims were recovered at Kanya and three in Mahuta.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Gov. Bagudu had earlier visited the communities to commiserate with the victims.
At Kanya, the village head, Alhaji Isah Dan Hassan, told the governor that many houses, livestock and farmlands were destroyed by the flood.
He urged government to construct emergency bridge and provide canoes for the immediate evacuation of residents to safer areas.

INEC: 'There will be no Further Extension of Voter's Registration'
www.splendorclassic.blogspot.com
As the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ended, after an earlier extension to enable more eligible voters partake in the exercise, the electoral body has insisted that there would be no further shift in the deadline of the process.
The Commission, however, said the exercise would continue after next year’s general elections.
According to Mr. Rotimi Oyekanmi, Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, this is due to the time required to, among other things, undertake all the backend activities needed to produce the PVCs.
He said those who were unable to register during the period and even despite the extension, would have to wait until after next year’s general elections when the CVR would resume, adding that the Commission has registered 13.6 million new voters since April last year, when the process started.
“It was in the Commission’s bid to enable as many Nigerians as possible obtain their PVCs that the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise was launched on April 27, 2017.
“It was the first time in the history of the Commission that the CVR would be implemented on a truly continuous basis, as envisaged under the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended). Before now, INEC carried out voter registration only at particular periods,” he revealed.
On allegations that some prospective registrants had to tip INEC staff to get registered at all or fast-track the process, Oyekanmi said: “The CVR is free of charge and Nigerians are not required to tip INEC staff members. Anytime we receive reports of this nature, we investigate. If any staff member is found culpable, sanctions will be applied.
“I must say that in some of the cases that we investigated, it turned out that those collecting money were not INEC workers, but touts who cashed in on the situation to make quick money for themselves. Some of them have been arrested and handed over to the Police.
“However, I want Nigerians to also know that INEC has very hardworking workers who are putting in a lot of efforts to ensure that the Commission achieves its objectives. They are often unsung, but without them, the Commission cannot achieve anything.”
There was a further upsurge of eligible voters seeking registration during the last week in many centres across the country.
In virtually all the centres, the crowd was unprecedented, with many looking forlorn, as it dawned on them that they might not be registered and hence not be able to vote in the coming elections. Some of them vented their frustrations on INEC officials, who they blamed for their inability to get registered.
But Oyekanmi attributed the recent upsurge in the number of people turning up at the registration centres to the rush to beat the August 31 deadline for the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise.
On collection of PVCs, he said that is not a problem at all our centres, compared to those seeking to register, adding: “If you go to the right centre, your PVC will be waiting for you. But if you go to the wrong centre, you will not be able to get your PVC.”
Although, the collection of PVCs continues until one week to next year’s general elections, he, however, urged registered voters yet to collect their PVCs not to wait until the deadline draws close, as experienced during the CVR, before they do so, saying the earlier, the better.
He disclosed that the Commission was intensifying efforts to sensitise Nigerians on the need for those who have registered, but yet to collect their PVCs to do so, working in partnership with major stakeholders, including civil society organisations, religious bodies and leaders and the traditional rulers, just as he said all registration centres were also making PVCs available for collection.
He added: “Nigerians can also check their status on our website via http://voterreg.inecnigeria.org and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, they can check by sending an SMS in the following format- State, Last Name and Voter Identification Number (VIN) to 0817 164 6879. They will receive a response within 20 minutes.

Hazard impressed by Sarri but coy over future

Eden Hazard admits he is enjoying playing for new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, but the Belgium star remains coy over his future plans.
Hazard scored his second goal of the season in Saturday’s 2-0 win over Bournemouth as Chelsea made four successive Premier League victories with Sarri in charge.
The 27-year-old was repeatedly linked with Real Madrid in the close-season and hinted he was keen to leave Stamford Bridge.
But Chelsea refused to sell the forward and Hazard, now in his seventh season at Stamford Bridge, is enjoying Sarri’s style of play after the more conservative tactics of former Blues bosses.
“I like to have the ball. Not in my own half, but in the last 30 metres,” Hazard told Chelsea TV.
“I like this type of game. It’s completely different than Antonio Conte or (Jose) Mourinho before.
“We have more ball so for me it’s not bad.”
Hazard’s contract expires in 2020 and the offer of an extension has not been taken up so far by the Belgian.
Hazard was a substitute in Chelsea’s first two matches of the season, but was instrumental in the win over Arsenal and then started and scored against Newcastle and the Cherries.
Hazard had expressed frustration at his slow introduction to Sarri’s team after the Arsenal match.
Asked how he is feeling now, Hazard said: “Good. You can see on the pitch. Let’s see the future.”
The arrivals of Jorginho, who followed Sarri from Napoli, and Mateo Kovacic, on loan from Real Madrid, have given Chelsea a different dimension in midfield.
“The big difference is we bring two players – Jorginho and (Mateo) Kovacic – and they are completely different,” he said.
“We just try to keep the ball more often and then when we have a chance to score, we need to score.
“But when we have more ball we can be more dangerous.
“We’re playing good football, so we enjoy. I want to keep this momentum.”

How to Dress Great On Fridays
The way we dress to work nowadays have changed incredibly in the last decade. Even in very corporate and conventional business places, the rules have relaxed. Many industries encourage staff to dress casually. Especially Fridays, many professionals dress down.
However, it is important to remember that it is still WORK and appearance matter a lot.
Use Discretion
Just because you’re dressing casually doesn’t mean you should ignore what your clothes say about you and your work. Never wear sweatshirts if they make you look like you slept in the office. Jeans are great but be careful that the slashes or rips don’t resemble a thug. Distressed jeans, jeans with holes in them or those covered in paint splatter are generally unacceptable as they look messy. Fit is important too. Very baggy or skinny jeans are not going to cut it; boot cut or straight-legged jeans are going to be the most professional option.
Take Care to Look Organized
Always be sure to look your best. Casual Friday isn’t the same thing as Saturday. Put in effort. This is crucial especially when you are in a casual attire since the details are even more important and visible. Make sure that you look great and presentable.
Choose Your Shoes Appropriately.
Never wear Flip flops. Nobody is interested in seeing your feet but shoes and sandals protect your feet better. Ballet flats and certain kinds of sandals are excellent option for women, blending both style and comfort. Men should consider loafers as a casual alternative to more restrictive business shoes. Sneakers can be tricky, use colours that are not too provocative.
15 billionaires to fund Ojukwu's widow's election —Ohakim
A former governor of Imo State, Chief Ikedi Ohakim, has said no fewer than 15 Igbo billionaires had been mobilised to fund the senatorial race of the widow of late Igbo leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, Bianca Ojukwu.
He said the Igbo would not watch the wife of their leader be intimidated by anybody in any circumstance.
Ohakim who described the late Ojukwu as the most selfless Igbo leader dead or alive, spoke at Ekwulobia in the Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State during a stakeholders’ meeting of the All Progressives Grand Alliance in the Anambra South Senatorial district.
He enjoined those aspiring to contest the position with Bianca to have a rethink, stressing that it would be a setback to the Igbo and a disservice to Ojukwu for anybody to work against the interest of his widow and in fact any member of his family in general.
He said “Those who are contesting the poll with the wife of our leader may have the money and wherewithal to muzzle down Bianca but they don’t have the same integrity.
“Bianca Ojukwu is not an ordinary human being, she is a spirit. She has double-barreled identity and double-barreled legacy.
“We have mobilised 15 Igbo billionaires to sponsor her ambition and over 25,000 youths to work for her.”
He enjoined the people of Anambra State not to disappoint the Igbo race in the Bianca project.
He added, “The people of Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu, have asked me to beg you (Anambra) to accomplish this mission and project in memory of our great leader, Dim Chkwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.
“Ojukwu sacrificed his Oxford education, his personal comfort, his father’s wealth to save the Igbo race at the most auspicious time”.
Bianca said she was going to the Senate to accomplish the dream of her late husband of giving the Igbo a voice in national polity.
She said, “APGA and Igbo interests run in my veins and blood; and I have a kindred obligation to defend it and that’s why I’m going to the Senate. The Ojukwu dream must not die. We can’t abandon Ojukwu.”
Bianca, a former Ambassador of Nigeria to Spain would contest the Anambra South Senatorial poll on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance.
Her late husband led APGA for over a decade during his lifetime, and was at several times the presidential candidate of the party.

News Digest: UK announces security assistance for Nigeria; Kenyatta: Even my own family can be investigated
The UK has signed a security and defence pact with Nigeria that would help President Muhammadu Buhari's adminstration fight Islamist militant group Boko Haram.
The announcement was made during Prime Minister Theresa May's visit.
A statement says the UK "will expand its provision of equipment and training for the Nigerian military to help them protect themselves from the threat of improvised explosive devices used by terrorists".
The Boko Haram insurgency, which started in 2009, has led to the deaths of over 20,000 people, with almost two million displaced from their homes in the north-east of the country.
Prime Minister May said:
“We are determined to work side-by-side with Nigeria to help them fight terrorism, reduce conflict, and lay the foundations for the future stability and prosperity that will benefit us all.”
The deal also involves a new $16m (£13m) programme to educate 100,000 children whose learning has been disrupted by the fighting.
The programme will provide school equipment, teacher training and safe places to learn.
The UK will also help with counter terrorism tactics that will help Nigeria disrupt the recruitment of militants.
2.Kenyatta: Even my own family can be investigated

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta has tried to prove his corruption busting credentials by insisting that the current anti-graft drive could include members of his family.
"We have begun to tackle corruption regardless of who you are... even if you're my own family member," Mr Kenyatta told the BBC's HardTalk programme.
The president's family is one of the richest in the country with interests across the economy.
Mr Kenyatta said he welcomed public scrutiny of his wealth.
As I have always stated, what we own is open to the public
If there is an instance where somebody can say that what we have done is not legitimate say so. We are ready to face any court."
In June, the Kenyan government launched what are called lifestyle audits for every public servant where their wealth will have to be declared.
Mr Kenyatta said that he would be happy to take part in that process.
3.Germany returns Namibia genocide skulls

Germany has handed back the human remains of indigenous people killed during a genocide in colonial Namibia more than 100 years ago.
A Namibian government delegation received the remains at a church service in the German capital, Berlin.
There are thought to be hundreds of Namibian skulls in Germany and on Wednesday more than 25 remains were handed back.
The bones had been sent to Germany for now-discredited research to prove the racial superiority of white Europeans.
Tens of thousands of Herero and Nama people were murdered in response to an anti-colonial uprising. Their descendants are still waiting for an apology from the German government.
Skulls from Germany's other African colonies, including modern day Cameroon, Tanzania, Rwanda and Togo, were also used in the discredited studies.
The genocide began in 1904 after a Herero and Nama rebellion in response to the German expropriation of their land and cattle.
4. Trump hails Kim, sees no need to resume U.S.-South Korea war games

Days after canceling a planned visit to North Korea by his top diplomat citing insufficient progress in denuclearization talks, U.S. President Donald Trump hailed his personal relationship North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Wednesday and said there was no reason to resume war games with South Korea.
Trump’s statement came a day after his defense secretary hinted that the drills, which North Korea denounces as rehearsals for invasion, could resume.
Trump tweeted a White House statement in which he once again questioned China’s role in helping to resolve the crisis over North Korea’s development of nuclear weapons that threaten the United States.
5. Trump and Trudeau upbeat about prospects for NAFTA deal by Friday

The leaders of the United States and Canada expressed optimism on Wednesday that they could reach new NAFTA deal by a Friday deadline as negotiators prepared to talk through the night, although Canada warned that a number of tricky issues remained.
Under pressure, Canada rejoined the talks to modernize the 24-year-old North American Free Trade Agreement after Mexico and the United States announced a bilateral deal on Monday.
Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland said late on Wednesday that talks were at “a very intense moment” but said there was “a lot of good will” between Canadian and U.S. negotiators.
Kebbi, Niger, Kwara, Kogi, Anambra, Delta, Bayelsa may experience flooding – Agency
The Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency has warned Nigerians living by the banks of River Niger and its floodplains to immediately relocate over possible flooding.
The agency gave the warning on Wednesday in Abuja in a statement signed by Mr Clement Nze, the agency’s Director of Engineering Hydrology.
Nze named the states likely to be affected to include Kebbi, Niger, Kwara, Kogi, Anambra, Delta, and Bayelsa.
He said the middle Niger portion of the Niger basin (Niger Republic) experienced high flows last week with the flood advancing into the Lower Niger (Nigeria).
NIHSA noted that both Kainji and Jebba Dams were already spilling water downstream with the level of water in Lokoja downstream of the confluence standing at 8.69m.
“This value has exceeded the corresponding value of 8.57m that occurred on Aug. 29, 2012,” he said.
In a related development, the agency said the flooding that occurred in Kaduna on Aug. 23 and Aug. 24 had started arriving Shiroro Dam built on River Kaduna.
“In the event that Shiroro Dam equally starts spilling water, it will portend more danger downstream.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that NIHSA had in May, released the 2018 Annual Flood Outlook (AFO) for the 36 states of the country.
The outlook projected that Sokoto, Niger, Benue, Anambra, Ogun-Osun, Cross River and Yobe states would have high risks of river flooding.
It also indicated that Lagos, Bayelsa, Rivers, Delta and Ondo states might experience coastal flooding.
The agency attributed this to a likely rise in the sea level and tidal surge, which would impact fishing and coastal transportation.
The outlook, which is a yearly projection by the agency, further indicated that flash and urban flood were expected to occur in Port Harcourt, Sokoto, Lagos, Ibadan, Kaduna, Yola, Abuja, and Maiduguri.
Others are Awka, Abakaliki, Birnin-Kebbi, Kano, Yenogoa, Abeokuta, Ado-Ekiti, Lokoja, Lafia, Makurdi, Calabar, Jos, Owerri, Osogbo, Ilorin and Nsukka.
Gombe, Suleja, Karu, Nyanya, Abaji, Onitsha, Sapele, Hadejia and other major cities with poor drainage completed the list.
